What happen if my relatives died and they have the Malsee Membership Card? Can I replace their card to my name with their shopping, and collect as much points as they wasted?

If a relative (who is a member) is deceased, the existing or new member can contact Maslee Customer Service to notify Maslee so the account can be terminated. The existing or new member will need to provide proof of relationship to the deceased such as death certificate as validation and confirmation before transferring the remaining points.

However, if the deceased family member is not a Maslee Member, the points will be forfeited. Thus, it is encouraged the deceased family member that is not Maslee Member to apply for Maslee membership in order for the point transfer.
